1. Are your herbs organic or wildcrafted?

Our herbs are either wildcrafted from trusted Jamaican sources or grown without synthetic chemicals. We take pride in their natural purity and cultural integrity.

2. How are the herbs prepared?

Herbs are air-dried or sun-dried using traditional methods, then packaged in resealable pouches to preserve freshness. No additives or preservatives are used.

3. How do I brew or use these herbs?

Each product listing includes basic preparation instructions. Most herbs are brewed as tea (infusion or decoction), while others may be soaked, blended, or used externally.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Jamaican orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days; international delivery may take 10–15 business days depending on customs.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

6. Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale?

Yes. If you’re interested in wholesale pricing or bulk orders for your shop or spa, please contact us directly at claudettesjamaicanherbs@gmail.com.

7. Can I use these herbs during pregnancy or with medication?

Always consult your healthcare provider before using herbal products, especially if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication. Our herbs are for informational and cultural use and not a substitute for medical advice.

8. Where can I learn more about each herb?

Our founder’s eBook, Rooted Again – How I Found Strength, Healing & Heritage in Jamaica’s Bush Remedies, explores over 60 herbs, their uses, and cultural significance. It’s available in our shop and on Amazon.

9. How do I contact customer service?

Email us at claudettesjamaicanherbs@gmail.com or call 876-919-3106. We’re happy to help!

10. Are your products certified?

Yes all herbs are certified by the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) on order, before shipment. Each shipment comes with a certificate of inspection. Please note that tonics are not certified, as they are considered an altered form of the raw herb. The herbs are however tested for certification before being used to make tonics.
