At Claudette’s Jamaican Herbs, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of herbal items, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you in the event of any issues.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on herbal products, including dried leaves, tonics, and blends. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include the following in your message:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue

3. No Refunds on Digital Products
Please note that eBooks and other digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is defective or inaccessible.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to quick processing and preparation of herbal items.
